Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our commitment
At consumercomplaintonline.in our aim is to provide helpful and timely assistance. If you are dissatisfied, we will consider a refund only after a careful review of the circumstances and any supporting evidence submitted by you.
Cancellation
If you request cancellation of a service before it has been completed, we may place the fees on hold for up to one year from the payment date. We are not obliged to cancel services in all situations; we will assess each request case-by-case.
Refunds — when applicable
Refunds are issued only when consumercomplaintonline.in determines that we failed to deliver the agreed service after our internal review. Refunds will not be granted for work that has already been performed and is considered "earned" by our team. Where a refund is approved, applicable deductions may include payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and any third-party or government fees that were paid on your behalf (these are non-refundable).
Cancellation and administrative fees
When a refund is processed for an order that has received partial work, we reserve the right to retain an administrative portion (for example a percentage to cover time and resources already expended) plus any fees paid to government bodies or third parties.
Factors outside our control
Some outcomes depend on government authorities, external sites, or other organizations whose timelines and decisions are beyond our control. Delays, rejections, or other actions by such third parties are not grounds for an automatic refund.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by extraordinary events beyond reasonable control (for example natural disasters, strikes, changes in law, epidemics, acts of government, or similar events). These events may affect service delivery and are not ordinarily eligible for refunds.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at complaint@consumercomplaintonline.in with your order details and a clear explanation of the reason. We will acknowledge receipt and start a review. Please allow time for our team to investigate; we may ask for supporting documents.
