Postal Complaints
Postal and courier services are critical for business and personal communication. If you've experienced lost parcels, delayed deliveries, damaged goods, tracking failures, or poor service from postal or courier companies, you can file a complaint for compensation and investigation.
Common Postal Issues
- Lost Parcels: Package never delivered or goes missing during transit
- Delayed Delivery: Parcel takes significantly longer than promised delivery timeframe
- Damaged Items: Package arrives damaged or contents are broken/missing
- Wrong Recipient: Package delivered to incorrect address or person
- Tracking Failure: No tracking updates provided or tracking system not functional
- Non-payment Issues: Overcharging or incorrect charges for postal services
Documentation Needed
Collect your order or dispatch receipt, tracking number and link, original receipt and payment proof, photographs of the damaged package or contents, courier's response to your inquiry, delivery attempt notices if any, insurance claim documentation if available, and value/invoice of the package. Video recording of opening a damaged package provides strong evidence of the damage.
File your postal complaint using the form on the right. We'll help prepare documentation for the courier company and claim compensation where applicable.
