D2H Complaints

Direct-to-Home (D2H) television services are regulated by TRAI. If you're experiencing service disruptions, billing issues, channel availability problems, installation delays, or poor customer service, you can file a complaint to seek resolution.

Common D2H Issues
  • Signal Loss: Frequent disruption, pixelation, or complete loss of signal
  • Set-Top Box Malfunction: Device not responding, freezing, or displaying errors
  • Billing Issues: Incorrect charges, unauthorized deductions, or billing errors
  • Channel Unavailability: Channels not accessible, being removed without notice, or quality issues
  • Installation Delays: Repeated scheduling failures or excessively long waiting periods
  • Poor Customer Service: Unresponsive support or lack of technical assistance
Information to Provide

Include your D2H subscriber ID, service plan details, date of the issue, description of the problem, previous complaint references if applicable, proof of billing (invoice or statement), and evidence of service failures if available. Photos or videos of the issue can be very helpful.
