E-commerce Complaints

Online shopping offers convenience, but issues do arise. If you've received damaged goods, faced refund delays, encountered seller fraud, received counterfeit products, or experienced unfair return policies, you can file a complaint against the e-commerce platform or seller.

Common E-commerce Issues
  • Damaged Goods: Receiving damaged or defective products not matching the description
  • Wrong Product: Receiving an item different from what was ordered
  • Counterfeit Products: Original product promised but fake or refurbished item received
  • Non-delivery: Payment made but product never delivered
  • Refund Delays: Refund not processed within promised timeframe or refund denied without valid reason
  • Return Issues: Unreasonable return policies or seller refusing to accept valid returns
What to Collect

Keep your order confirmation and receipt, payment proof and transaction ID, product description from the website, photographs of the received item showing damage or differences, delivery receipt, correspondence with the seller or platform, refund request reference numbers, and any return tracking information. Detailed photos comparing the received item with the advertised description are crucial evidence.

File your e-commerce complaint using the form on the right. This helps establish a record and pressures the platform or seller into fair resolution.
