Dear Sir, I was trying to Book Zoomcar on 20th April 2018 using BHIM Upi, the same Transaction failed but the amount was debited and then Later on I booked it using my Debit Card. I had raised complaints with banking authorities and BHIM Upi and the resolution provided by them was that amount has reached to Zoomcar. And the ZoomCar is denying this fact and are providing me with my refund. The Transaction Details are as Follows :- Transaction ID: 911023313057 Date: 20/04/19 Amount: 698 Merchant Name:- ZoomCar
