Hello sir/madam, I have order food from Zomato at 8.25pm today by making full payment to the restaurant called Niche Cafe which is in dahisar. As per the update which I have received on Zomato application was to deliver the food at 9.15pm and it almost been 10. 12pm still I haven't received mine order. The support team are not replying to mine queries. I need to get reimbursement of mine time and money. If they are not fulfilling the commitment then they are not suitable to run such business.
