dear sir / madam , Please give us the refund as the delivery which was done under ekart order id no. # PKRC5100035458 dated 7/12/2019 , was not the item which i had ordered and these frauds have delivered some other cheap item to me and taken away the money as well and the item which they have delivered is not upto the mark, please refund and exchange the item , i want the real item which i ordered .
