Order not received and no refund of amount either - Womenclothestudio

I placed an order on 10th of October via online payment through razorpay and I was supposed to receive the item between assumed date 23-26th of October. I still haven't received the item despite the confirmation mail of my order no. #29734. -There needs to be a strong action against this immediately. -This site is also not at all accessible. -Need strict action over this and refund of amount. -Attached few evidences of order.
