Sent wrong product and using bad words when we complaint about the product - Wilka

Hello sir/ma'am! I'm Bhavani from Chennai. I have ordered Rs 789 priced two kurti sets on online, but, I have received torn saree. Then, I searched return option in the particular website, but, we didn't have any other contact details. After that I called customer care number, they didn't respond it. Little later I got some call from unknown number, when I picked up the call the person who spoke to me said that he's one of the employees of the wilka company. He assured me that he'll return my money through GPay. But, he didn't do that, then again he called me and asked my bank details. I refused to give him, suddenly he used bad words for scold me. So, please kindly take action against them and return my money too.
