Too much delay in service - Thomson LED TV
On 16 Th February 2019 I had ordered Thomson led TV 32 inch. It was delivered on 21 February and installed. On 21st July 2019, it stopped working. I complained to Thomson customer service through e mail (complaint id 9705812), following which a technician came and did formalities for replacement on 23rd July. Now, it has been 15 days since then, no response from Thomson. Customer care phone number doesn't connect. I raised complaint through flipkart, but still no response. We are living without TV for past 18 days. No one from Thomson is bothered. They sold third class product to me. Now no refund of money, no TV. I can't watch TV, I can't buy new one. What for?? Please take action on these dirty people.
