wrong mobile handset - smartyphones

Dear sir/mam, this is to say that my order no-2563684626 is for Krypton Dual SIM P30 Pro 6'15 Inch Smartphone (White) With 6GB RAM,64 ROM & Tripple Rear Camera (P30 White) of amount Rs 4499/- on dated 26/11/2019 but we have received SPIRIA mobile on dated 2/12/2019. which is not my order. kindly look this matter.
