Wrong filters installed - Maxpure RO Service
Hi , I want to raise a complaint against my bill no 1586. Since 30th June, I am trying to reach the given numbers in bill. After getting the amount , they are making lame excuses and later blocked my number. Itâ€™s over a month , after paying 3300/- Iâ€™m without water for me and my family . Even I contacted the head office Mumbai but they are not helping . Is this a customer service ??? Whom should I contact ? Who can help me ? I have no option going to customer redress forum and police .
