Train Termination - IRCTC

Dear Concern I had book train ticket from Kazipet to LTT on 4 th Dec-19,but train was terminated and stop at Pune Station at 1am. I have file for refund of difference amount from Pune to Mumbai,sameis denied from IRCTC over their site and they are not giving any resolution.
