This letter is for your urgent and kind attention regarding my order of Asus Zenfone mobile which I ordered on 17th Sept and up to now, I did not get any solution. The seller has provided me a dead mobile 2 times.when he delivered a dead mobile again and again then I requested him to provide me with a refund but he denied more than 15 times. The technician has visited more than 20 times at my house, they come and check the mobile and always sad that again registered a complaint, so I did according to that but my problem is still unchanged. Sir, I am feeling mentally harassed and it has already given very horrible effect to my studies and still disturbing and in December I have my exam and it has also disturbed my family schedule because every time my father has to come from office to home regarding technician visit. Sir, even many times Flipkart's executive has talked already but they still did not sort out my problem. And now there is no link f refund because of the last date of the refund was 8oct and because of their negligence it has also passed and without getting any solution they texted me that we have resolved your issue.
