INCOMPLETE ORDER DELIVERED AND MISLEADING CLAIM OF 30 MIN DELIVERY - Dominoz

It has happened for the second time that the contents of my order were less than what i've ordered or to put it simply, they were incomplete. This time it is order number 284 dt 26/07/2019 from mob number 9898053368 and previous order was 262 dt 01/06/2019 from the same mobile number. But even till today, we have not received any refund. Even after multiple calls to the customer care and assurances from branches from where order was delivered, there is no settlement of the grievence. But it is their bogus and misleading thirty minutes delivery claim that i want to bring to the commission's notice. My last 3 orders were delivered beyond their 30 min delivery claim. But no refund was initiated and settled. I even received their concern number as 10037630 and 9716561. But even after continuos and diligent following up and reminders, no refund was processed. I request the commission to launch some sort of investigation into the misleading claims of 30 min delivery.
