Fraud Company Fake Product - Crazzythreads

I have orders 2 pair of shoes from Crazzythreads but i didn't received non of them. I have paid them 1200 rs but now i am trying to contact with them to get my product from Crazzythreads they are saying your product got cenceled not what am i do.
