Urbanic - Damaged jewellery and no refund

I have received a damaged jewellery from urbanic 10 days ago and reported the matter same day along with all evidence and documents they asked for. It has been 5 days already I have returned the damaged jewellery package and dropped several mails to their customers care email id but they don't care to respond. The hilarious part was they do quality check on damaged jewellery which I didn't get. Its like they fix it and foul some other customers with it. Anyway all my concern is they didn't address the issue and don't respond the customer even after dropping several mails. There is no Escalation email id, so basically you are stuck with a customer care ID where nobody reply at all. I don't even know if I get my refund back. Horrible experience with urbanic and now i have learnt a lesson, no way I will be shopping from this website.
