Naveen - Compaint regading service or staff

Good evening Mr Gaurav Mehta, G. M. I had made a msg to u through Facebook Messenger before this. Pls revert on it. I had misfortune of staying at ur hotel Radisson, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana, India from 28/05/2021 to 29/05/2021 in room no 915 or later 606. During my stay, i encountered a number of unsatisfactory service level that i think you should know and do something about it.. I reached at hotel at about 2:00 PM. The man who was there allot me a room no 915 at 9th floor.. I had three luggage and asked to the guy who was at reception to send my luggage to room no 915. He evem did not rely about my request. When i again again asked he reply there is no staff.. Then I finally took my luggage myself to my room. ( u can check CCTV footage, installed at reception). When i entered the room at 915 the room was very hot i try to start the centerlized AC but it was not working.. About AC i try to contact at reception through room's telephome but telephone was also not in working conditon. Then i specially go down at reception and inform abot not working AC or phone in the room no 915. Then he call to service departnent and direct the person to check and resolve AC problem. Then i asked abot phone he reply me he is sending someone to check and fixed the problem.. After aprox 20-25 mint one guy came and check the AC and assured me that AC will work now.. And about telephone he replied that we r trying to resolve the problem soon.. After that i checked the mini fride which was installed in room was also not working. Then i again visited at reception abd tell him about mini firdge.. He send someone to check, after checking the guy tell ita ok.. And will cool in 30 mint.. After 30 mint the situation was as it is. I several time requested at reception to change the room because the things in the room were not working properly.. At about 4 PM he changed mini fridge with anotherone after my several request.. At about 6 PM i left from hotel and came back at 8 PM. When i again entered in the room 915 the AC was not working. I again informed abot it at reception. Then again one guy came and check the AC and toll me that it will work after 30 mint. At around 10:00 to 10:30 PM AC i called again the reception the guy who was at reception come with the technician and the checked AC throughly. After assure me that AC will work within 30 mints.. Whole day or night AC did not worked.. At about 4:30 AM to 5:00 AM on 29/05/2021 the room 915 became very hot. Just like a gas chamber.. I again visites ag receptio and requed the guy with folded hand to reslovd AC problem. Then he gave m a room 606 at 6th floor at 5:30 AM. Then i asked to shift my luggage he reply me that it cant be possible now and asked me also to carry my luggage myself after wakeup.. The AC of room no 606 was working properly at temp 24.. And telephone at room no 606 was also working very well.. When i wokeup at about 10:00 i went to room no 915 to got luggage. I asked the guy who was cleaning another room at 9th floor to help me to carry my luggage to room no 606, but he denied and told me its not his work. Then i took my luggage myself to room no 606.. After this i went for breakfast at cafe canter at ground foom of hotel.. The staff guy and lady asked me to do fast as time is over.. I request them to bring brakefast to me.. Then they told me only remaining breakfast available now and i have to chose from them.. I request him again then he get a masala dosa and egg omlate for me. After the they refuse my request for more breakfast as told time is over. It is also inform u that during shifing of my luggage i lost my Driving licence + around Rs. 1100 + one pen..( Its come to my knowledge when i reached at my home. Then i telephoniclly inform about my lost at receptiom. And reply from hotel that there is nothing lest in room) When i getting ready Mr. Nitin came with another staff to room no 606 for apologize for all that was happended with me.. Pls take appropriate action on it.. And revert back me also.. It was my worst experience with Radisson Hotle.. I'll never suggest to any one to go Radission hotel. Staff is not co-oprative.. Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City center - NON REFUND OF ADVANCE DEPOSITED

I booked a Banquet Hall at RADISSON Sohna Road GURUGRAM for a marriage function of my son on 22-11-2020 and an advance of Rs 40000/-, 30000/- and 30000/- totalling Rs one lac only on 12th August 2020. But one of the members of our family became Corona positive and our entire family was quarantined when a few days were left for the function and we were forced to cancel the function on 22nd Nov. Accordingly I informed vide my mail dated 15.11.2020 one week before the function and request them to refund my advance Rs. one lac as the circumstances were beyond our control but they are refusing by giving one reason or the other. I humbly request to order the HOTEL RADISSON to refund my hard earned money with interest and compensation of one lac for mental agony to me and my family.I am a retired person of 64 years plus that too with the tension of CORONA affected family.
