Hello Team, My complaint is against the Blue Star Ac company and Croma the third party seller. I purchased a 1.5 ton Bluestar Ac on occation of diwali specially on 26th oct 2019. The technician came to install my Ac on 29th oct 2019 and at the time of installation an problem was detected with the outdoor fan so the Ac was not working properly. They send a technician at my place ti click some pictures of the Product in next few days but as i was not available i myself whatsapp the product photos to one of the technician named Mohd imran who never visited again and not responded properly. its 10th nov 2019 and no action has been taken so far i had requested them to get me the entire outdoor replaced as i have used the Ac once and its manufacturers fault. I want this should be taken in action at the earliest. or else the company should refund me all my amount and take back there Ac. Thanks Ankita Lad
