Sending wrong saree - balajifab.com

I have purchased a saree from balajifab.com, then one salesgirl confirm my details. When package reached to me I made payment with delivery boy. When my wife opened the package then she saw a different saree from what I ordered. I sent an email to address given on invoice ,there no delivery of email due to wrong email address. I contacted to number by which salesgirl confirm the order, noone pick the phone.
