I had ordered for a 6 set caserol set from Amazon.in on the 9th of September, which was delivered to me on the 10th of September. When I opened the pack it was noticed that instead of six pieces there was only one piece. I called the toll free number and enquired about the same and the agent who answered the call said she will be getting back to me the same day but she did not. I then escalated this to social media. I got mail from the team asking for the details which was provided to them. After that I get a reply only when I write to them. Also the reply that I get is all standard reply without any TAT and resolution. I was promised that someone from the social media team will be calling me but no one called. I am writing this to you hoping to get a resolution. This is not the way a company should treat their customers. They should at least respect the time and and the hard earned money of the customers. They cannot fool the customers like this.
