Order ID - 1089305 Not Received and Unable to Track -
I have ordered 5 Hodies worth Rs 1,000 and paid amount online via PAYTM on 07-10-2019. Order ID - 1089305. upto Yesterday the order tracking status is being shown as "ORDER IS UNDER PROCESSING" but from yesterday evening it is showing as "SORRY COULDN'T FOUND THE ORDER - PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE" Kindly update me the status immediately. I have gone through other complaints in this portal. The customer care helplines are not working and my emails are not responded. If I don't receive any response by the end of the day I will lodge the complaint in the consumer court and will not leave this matter easily.
